Sanai Preparatory Academy, Class of 1990, where she formed enduring friendships and excelled both academically and socially. Following her education, Phoebe embarked on a meaningful professional career dedicated to helping others, ultimately serving for many years as a lead Care Coordinator at a local community health center.
